ty ty

I need some recommendations on how to sleep, how to take my thoughts down a notch, how to just re-fucking-lax. Natural supplements? Some good meditative thoughts? Please advise.

  3. you should check out this book called "the healing night". i also like sleepytime tea. and some kind of intense exercise during the day usually makes me tired at night. good luck.

  6. Kuzu root is a Japanese cooking starch that kind of looks like starch... however, a spoonful of this magic ingredient and a 1/3 glass of organic apple juice right before bed will help you sleep like a QUEEN. Happy ZZZZZZ's.
