I need some recommendations on how to sleep, how to take my thoughts down a notch, how to just re-fucking-lax. Natural supplements? Some good meditative thoughts? Please advise.
you should check out this book called "the healing night". i also like sleepytime tea. and some kind of intense exercise during the day usually makes me tired at night. good luck.
